01 / The Premise

The body is not a machine.
It is a symphony.

When an orchestra plays out of tune, you do not fix it by examining the violin in isolation. You listen to how the instruments relate to one another.

Every day, you gather data on your sleep, your movement, your stress. But without synthesis, that data is noise. A sleep score tells you how you slept. It does not tell you why your energy crashed at 3pm despite sleeping well, or why your shoulder tension returns every Thursday, or why your recovery scores are excellent but you still feel flat.

The answer is almost never in the metric itself. It's in the relationship between metrics, in the expected versus actual coherence between your structural integrity and your autonomic regulation, between your metabolic output and your recovery architecture.

Longevity is the accumulation of coherence over time.

02 / The 12 Fields

Twelve dimensions.
Four layers of physiology.

Each field is not a fixed test. It is a conceptual container. New assessments, new wearable inputs, new measurement modalities all integrate into the field they belong to. The fields are stable. The instruments that feed them evolve.

Layer 01

Structure

F1

Mechanical Integrity

How your body bears load. Joint stability, tissue quality, and the structural foundation everything else depends on.

F2

Structural Adaptability

Your capacity to reorganise movement patterns. Mobility under complexity, not just range of motion.

F3

Gravitational Efficiency

How efficiently you move through space. Posture as a dynamic system, not a static position.

Layer 02

Electricity

F4

Autonomic Balance

The sympathetic-parasympathetic equilibrium. How your nervous system shifts between activation and recovery.

F5

Neural Signal Quality

The fidelity of communication between brain and body. Motor control precision, reaction quality, neuromuscular efficiency.

F6

Interoceptive Coherence

How accurately you perceive your own internal state. The bridge between objective data and subjective experience.

Layer 03

Energy

F7

Metabolic Efficiency

Fuel utilisation and energy production. How effectively your body converts input into sustained output.

F8

Hormonal Coherence

The endocrine rhythm. Cortisol, testosterone, thyroid, not as isolated numbers, but as a coordinated regulatory system.

F9

Cellular Vitality

The foundational capacity of your cells to produce energy, repair, and regenerate. Where longevity lives.

Layer 04

Regulation

F10

Recovery Architecture

How your body rebuilds after stress. Sleep architecture, parasympathetic rebound, tissue repair sequencing.

F11

Stress Resilience

Your system's capacity to absorb perturbation without losing coherence. Not the absence of stress, but the quality of response to it.

F12

Adaptive Intelligence

The meta-capacity. How your entire system learns, recalibrates, and evolves its own regulatory strategies over time.

03 / The Data Architecture

Three tiers of intelligence.
One coherent score.

MANA³ doesn't rely on a single data source. Each field is fed by up to three tiers of input, each carrying different weight and confidence. The system knows what it knows, and what it doesn't.

Tier 1

Practitioner Assessments

In-person structural, movement, and nervous system evaluations. Highest confidence. The observations no wearable can make.

Tier 2

Wearable Biometrics

Continuous data from your device: sleep, HRV, activity, stress. Normalised and device-agnostic. MANA³ reads trajectory, never absolute values.

Tier 3

Subjective Check-ins

Your daily 60-second voice note and 7-slider morning check-in. The subjective layer that gives context to everything else.

04 / The Relational Matrix

The signal is in
the relationships.

12 fields produce 66 unique pairs. Each pair has an expected covariance, a statistical relationship that holds when the system is coherent.

When your Autonomic Balance drops but your Recovery Architecture holds steady, that tells a different story than when both drop together. When your Metabolic Efficiency rises while your Stress Resilience falls, that pattern has a name and a response.

MANA³ tracks these relationships continuously. Not as static snapshots, but as oscillating patterns that evolve over days and weeks. The system learns your signature, the unique way your body's fields interact under different conditions.

66

unique field pairs, each with an expected covariance. Deviations from expected relationships are where the diagnostic signal lives.

05 / The Intelligence Layers

Three temporal layers.
One continuous synthesis.

MANA³ operates across three time horizons. Each produces a different kind of insight. Together, they build a picture that deepens with every day of data.

Daily

The Observation

Every morning, the system cross-references your overnight biometrics with your subjective check-in and recent trajectory. The result is a single, precise observation, not generic advice, but a reading of your specific state today in the context of your last 72 hours.

Weekly

Oscillation Analysis

Physiology is not linear; it oscillates. Each week, the system analyses how your 12 fields have moved in relation to each other, identifying emerging patterns, compensations, and the gap between energetic expenditure and autonomic recovery.

Longitudinal

Archetype Classification

Over months, MANA³ learns your unique physiological archetype, your characteristic compensation patterns, your strongest and weakest couplings, your system's signature response to stress. This is where the system becomes genuinely predictive.

The architecture exists. The measurement runs daily.

The question is whether you want to see
what it reveals about your system.
